Meritect supports both monthly and annual billing. Annual plans include a 20% discount. You can switch between billing cycles at any time. Invoices are generated automatically and available in your account dashboard.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and are billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
We’ll notify you before you reach any plan limits — team members, stores, or warehouses. You can add capacity via add-ons or upgrade to a higher tier. We never cut off access without warning.
Yes, annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For Enterprise plans, we offer custom pricing with additional volume discounts based on your operational scale.
